Representation Summary:
The Inspector fails to request a Main Modification to include in its' entirety the wording of the Policy that he requested that I write in relation to Self-Build Housing and which the Council subsequently almost entirely deleted.
The Council's actions in so doing meaning that the Plan cannot be considered to have been 'positively prepared' and is therefore,'unsound'.
